Sam guides people toward thriving, healthy lives through self-healing, because he’s had to learn it in his own body.

After experiencing workplace burnout and stress-related health challenges, holistic practices and a deeper understanding of the body’s intelligence transformed his relationship with symptoms and recovery.

Over the last few years, Sam has personally navigated and improved patterns including long-sightedness, reflux/breathing challenges, and recurring dental infections, deepening his lived understanding of the non-linear nature of healing and the importance of reducing fear during the restoration phase.

Sam has supported clients for 14+ years, and has worked with the Meta/GNM-informed lens for 10+ years. He has practiced Meta-Consciousness since 2014 and was the first certified Meta-Consciousness Associate Trainer.
